How do I place an Order?

Choose an item you want to buy, choose the quantity and press the button “ADD TO CART”

2. Then you can choose another item and go to ordering

4. Fill in your personal data( name, surname, phone number and shipping address)

5. Then you’ll be headed to the page where you can choose the payment method. At the moment we choose the Flutterwave payment via bank transfer or via credit card. And push the button “Pay”

6. As soon as the payment is received the status of your order will be changed to “Paid” and will be ready for shipping. You’ll receive a mailing letter with all the details.

7. As soon as your order is shipped the status of your order will be changed to “Shipped”, you’ll automatically get the detailed email.

8. The shop will be automatically checking your tracking number and as soon as your order is delivered you’ll get a notification about the delivery.

PS; Please save your payment data. Make sure to double check that you have filled in your details correctly to ensure that you receive all the necessary info and that your order is delivered without any complications.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, as long as your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.

How Do I Track My Order?

A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your payment is confirmed.

How Can I Return a Product?

After your order is placed and paid, it can’t be canceled or your money refunded, with the exception of the following conditions;

The product should have a perfect appearance (no visible signs of use).
The buyer assumes shipping costs associated with the delivery and return of the product.

In other cases, we provide a replacement for an identical or similar product.

In case of faults or claims about quality of product please message us at [email protected] and we will contact you.

To avoid misunderstanding, please closely study the product after receiving, as the claims about the appearance of the product can be made only day after receiving the product. Claims about appearance made after this period isn’t accepted.
